Refund Policy

Our products are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene and safety reasons.


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product Received

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement only if:

  • The product is damaged
  • The product is defective
  • The bottle is broken or leaked
  • You receive the wrong item

You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.


Mandatory requirements for claims:

  • Clear unboxing video (important)
  • Pictures of the product
  • Original packaging

Non-Eligible Cases

  • Opened, used, or unused products
  • Claims without an unboxing video
  • Issues reported after 24 hours of delivery


Failed Online Transactions

If your online payment fails but the amount is deducted, refunds are automatically processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.


Returns & Exchanges (General Policy)

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Unused products once delivered

Only damaged, defective, or wrong products qualify for support.
